What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a scientific, evidenced-based approach that helps maximise health, wellbeing and optimal performance. There is a misconception that Nutritional Therapy just focuses on food intake, this is not entirely true.  Nutritional Therapy offers much more, looking at a persons overall health, environment and lifestyle, offering a 360 Degree approach.

I delve into the underlying causes of ill-health and consider what else could be contributing, rather than merely focusing on the symptoms. I use a wide range of tools to identify potential imbalances in the body and assess how these may be influencing your symptoms of ill-health.

We are all genetically different, leading totally different lifestyles and we have all had varying past experiences that may have affected our well being and who we are today.  For this reason, making comparisons to others is irrelevant as we are all completely unique.  I therefore focus on you as an individual, rather than using a 'one size' fits all approach.
